If denied, please leave a voicemail to be added to my wait list. 🔔‼️CURLY CUT prep prior to appt: • Wash & Style: Arrive with hair washed, conditioned, and styled as you typically wear it, but completely dry. • No Restrictions: Hair should be worn down and loose—no clips, ponytail holders, or hats that might alter the curl pattern. • Product Usage: Use minimal, water-soluble products for definition. Avoid heavy oils, silicones, and hairspray. • Avoid Styling Tools: Do not use flat irons, curling irons, or braids prior to the appointment. • Timeline: For best results, stop using products with heavy silicones or parabens 1-2 weeks before. Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or we reserve the right to charge 50% of the original appointment via card on file or before you may book again. If you are 15 or more minutes late, we will have to reschedule and consider it a no show unless notified otherwise.
